Enjoyed the location, very close to the center and easily accessible. The size of my family room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable, providing nice hot water in the bathroom. the room was very cold upon arrival. I noticed there was no kettle as specified, nor any cutlery, plates, or soap available. The microwave did not function well, refusing to heat a mug of water. I faced issues with the television. none of the channels worked during my stay, and the wifi was extremely poor. The bathroom was quite small with an unpleasant smell, and cleanliness was an issue with dirty surfaces and a soaking wet carpet by the bathroom door. Despite the reasonable price, I expected better maintenance.

stayed in a large family room which was spacious and comfy for 3. we liked having a fridge, kettle, and the tv was cool even tho it only had a few channels. everything was clean and tidy. Room service was great with fresh towels every day. the location was perfect with easy access to restaurants and bars nearby. overall, it was a cheap and cheerful stay that exceeded expectations.

only complain i have is that the staff were hard to see and sometimes the shower ran out of hot water. also, it was a little noisy at night.
